The students are selected in conjunction with the Principals of the schools or Heads of the Institutions. To satisfy the selection criteria of the society, the students need to fulfill the following basic conditions:

• The student must have a good academic record or have the potential for advancement.
• The income of the family is not enough to support the educational needs of the student and there is a fear of not achieving the potential goals due to financial handicap.
